I first started working in travel at the age of 17 in an independent agency in Hertfordshire back in 1986. 

Following a move to Hampshire and a break to raise my son I joined Emsworth Travel in 2000. 

23 years later and I still love my job, so much so that when I moved from Portsmouth to Cornwall in 2022, I was asked to continue working for Emsworth travel as a home worker. I immediately said yes. 

I have a passion for our customers and the joy of putting their dream holiday together and hearing all about the trip on their return makes my job worthwhile. I enjoy tailoring each holiday to their specific requirements and I love to get my teeth into a complex Canada, USA, Australia or New Zealand itinerary. 

I have been lucky enough to travel to some wonderful places and have stayed in some fabulous hotels. 

Amongst my favourites have been Sri Lanka, Maldives, Cyprus, Croatia, Italy, France, Canary Islands, Madeira.
